This is Part 7 of the 2018 fall family mini sessions highlight reel. To see parts 1 through 6, click here, here, here, here, here and here. This is the second of two posts that cover the private mini sessions photographed throughout the fall season, September through December. There were a total of twelve families that opted for the private family mini sessions last year, each on different dates and at their choice of location.
This blog post will cover the seven families that opted for private family mini sessions, taking place in November & December.
This is the third year I have worked with the Olsson family, and I have loved every minute of it! Last year I even got to photograph horses & dogs during their epic extended family session (click here to see those images!).
This year was no exception. Their boys, as always, are so much fun to photograph. They are just balls of energy waiting to explode! And this year we added this tough little lady into the mix, and – oh boy, did we have fun!
This family is another one that has been with me since the very beginning. Literally, the absolute beginning. Their sweet girl was the very first newborn I ever photographed, way back in 2013!
Needless to say, they hold a special place in my heart, and I cannot wait to see McKinley grow up into a young lady!
The Miramontez family chose to complete their little one’s Baby Plan for their baby boy’s 18 month session. To see his other sessions, click here and here. I have loved watching him grow over this past year & a half! I can’t wait to see where he goes from here!!
This session at La Mariposa was great! This family came to the session, relaxed & ready to play. This really is the best attitude to have, whether your kids are young or old, shy or outgoing, goofy or serious. You just gotta roll with it!
This was one of my very favorite sessions of the year. The evening golden light, color balance & gorgeous family all came together perfectly this evening in the desert – the results of the session speak for themselves!
This family is a newcomer to Threshold Photography this year. Originally they had booked a group mini session, but wisely, decided to upgrade to a full private mini session. We definitely needed the extra time with their sweet & wild toddler twinsies!
This sweet family came to me to get some last minute holiday pictures for a fundraiser for their sweet little girl, who is fighting cancer. They haven’t been able to leave the house much recently, so I hope that they had a good time being out & about while they did this family mini session.
They are such a kind-hearted family, and I wish them nothing but the best in their journey forward. I truly hope that I see them again this year, and that their sweet girl is in the clear!
